1899 Pre-production Borchardt-Luger "Swiss Cross in Sunburst" chamber crest

This particular style crest (two examples shown on the left above) is the first crest applied on a Swiss Luger being specifically the 20 DWM 1899 Test/Acceptance Borchardt-Lugers delivered to the Swiss for field test in 1899 and has been the only style as yet identified and authenticated on the pre-production Borchardt-Luger. Examples being 22, 25, 26, 30. There have been several attempts to replicate this crest but most have been identified (discovered?) to lack some critical flaw or omission. The third crest on the right is from a production Swiss Luger.
